By taking on some of the responsibilities
of a traditional listing agent you are able to save thousands of dollars in
commissions. You set the asking price, take the calls and arrange the
showing appointments. You determine the amount of commission that you will
pay a broker who brings in a buyer. This amount is posted to the MLS. If you
sell the property to a buyer not represented by agent you pay NO commission.

You will need to complete a property input form and a listing agreement. You
can email the 9 photos to
photos@ccrmarketing.com.
Your property will be listed on the MLS within 24 hours, usually the same
day. Once the listing is completed we will email you a copy of your listing
for your review.
